Built inside the new Philip Morris Manufacturing & Technology headquarters in Bologna, the “Administrative” building is the union of different construction units, which share aesthetic and architectural qualities: it is composed of an entrance with reception, administrative offices, meeting rooms and conference rooms, changing rooms, a gym and a canteen with kitchen.
The contract also involved the works for the adjacent outdoor areas, in addition to the construction of an ornamental swimming pool and a square in front of the main entrance.
MILANI S.p.A. it took care of the installation of electrical and special systems, lighting systems and CCTV systems.
