The new Aura Shopping Center in the Ex Fornace Veschi area was born in Rome as part of a urban redevelopment project that covers about 30,000 square meters and which aims to make the area a place of aggregation and connection between the residential area, the train station and the subway.
The project includes 60 shops, a PAM hypermarket, a Virgin gym, a Mondadori bookshop and a food area with 13 shops, including restaurants and bars. In the first year there were around 920,000 visitors.
MILANI S.p.A. has been involved in the construction of electrical systems, lighting, generators and special systems. A great deal of attention was paid to the management of interference, as about 40 companies and 600 workers worked on its implementation.
