The intervention for the introduction of the first Starbucks Reserve Roastery in Italy was developed after the renovation of the historic twentieth-century post office building in Piazza Cordusio, Milan.
The particular attention aimed at preserving the beauty of the place was accompanied by the need to adapt the Starbucks concept to the tastes of the Milanese clientele.
MILANI S.p.A. took care of the installation of the electrical system and the continuity and supervision system, as well as the mechanical, smoke detection, lighting and safety system.
Even after the opening of the store in September 2018, Milani S.p.A. continued its collaboration with Starbucks, guaranteeing permanent maintenance of electrical systems over two shifts, employing four specialized technicians and using dedicated software developed by MILANI S.p.A. itself.
