Located in Milan, in one of the most central streets and closest to the Duomo, the renovation of the building in Via Orefici at the corner of Via Cantù, financed by the Savills Investment Management SGR S.p.A. fund, had a very fast development timeline for that kind of construction site.
MILANI S.p.A. participated in the building renovation project with the installation of electrical and special systems, lighting systems and distribution systems.
The building will be used for the offices and headquarters of banks, insurance companies and private companies. Despite the logistical difficulties arising from the location of the property, the work was carried out flawlessly and highlighted the ability of MILANI SpA to coordinate with other companies.
